Powertrim appoints Hans Tanger as its CTOO
Experienced technology and operations leader completes Powertrim board
’s-Heerenberg/Eindhoven, The Netherlands, November 19th, 2024 – Powertrim Technologies, the Dutch OEM in trim and form equipment for power modules has appointed Hans Tanger (58) as Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO). With vast experience in machine design, leading molding equipment engineering teams and over a decade as board member in the packaging industry, Hans combines strategic management and hands-on leadership. He is trained as a mechanical engineer, completed an executive MBA and developed a passion for technology, operations and people management. He completes the Powertrim management board consisting of Huub Claassen (CCO), Ilko Bosman (CFO) and Daan Kersten (CEO). Jointly, they will execute on the plan to become the global #1 OEM in high performance handling, assembly and testing technology for automated power electronics manufacturing. Focus of Hans Tanger will be scaling the modular Flex Line equipment platform that is key to electrification of automotive drivetrains, new industrial power applications and renewable energy solutions.
